WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Certifications (REQUIRED):
    STCW95/10 A-VI/1 (Basic Safety Training)
    STCW95/10 A-V/2     (Crowd and Crisis Management)

  • Proficiency in English (Required)

  • Ability to work in Iceland (EEA pssport or Icelandic ID number)

  • Passion for Marine Life: A strong interest in the ocean and its wildlife.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and educate diverse groups of people.

  • Experience in Guiding or Customer Service: Prior experience is a plus but not required.

  • Knowledge of Marine Biology or Ecology: Educational background in Marine biology or related fields is highly desirable, though enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important.

  • Physical Fitness: Comfortable working outdoors, sometimes in long hours in varying weather conditions.

  • Team Player Attitude: Collaborative spirit and a positive, can-do approach.
