Moby Dick

Moby Dick is a traditional Icelandic oak boat that can take up to 40 passengers. In the history of local whale watching this used to be the most popular vessel to use to sail around Icelandic waters. These boats can not only provide you with great floatation and safety but also they are making our operation very sustainable as the fuel consumption is almost none, maneuverability & speed are perfect for whale encounters!

We are excited to share that soon we will bring our new boat into operation. This vessel will bring a new standard to Skjálfandi Bay as it will be a first Whale Watching boat that can provide you with several watching platforms & the indoor area with toilets on board & plenty of space to sit down and warm up in case the weather is moody on the day.
